here are a few more pictures of our wedding preparations. thing's are coming along quite smoothly... the wedding is in 9 days! holy cow, how did that happen?

so far so good with the planning; i'm really quite at ease about it all. i'm so glad we are having a small wedding; and i mean a really small gethering - 19 guests. you know, this way dave and i will be able to interact with every single guest -which is important to us. there was one thing i knew right away when the planning began - i wanted one long table that we would all sit at for lunch. i wanted a family style meal where food is passed around and people interact with each other. this is going to be good.
our gift to the guests is a portrait taken infront of the backdrop in the last image. i will be setting up my 4x5 camera as well as the hasselblad -i can't wait!
hooray! i'm jealous of the people that get to sit at your long table for lunch, it sounds perfect! so excited for you and so proud of another person that decided to things exactly the way you wanted. can't wait to see pics!

Thanks Miriam! I can't believe the day is so close.
Speaking of pictures - I have not forgotten about the photo's I took at your party! I made the decision to wait until after the wedding to dive into them; that way I can really focus and give them my full attention.
We've decided on a date for our celebration party: July 21st. Invites will be sent, hope you and Jim can come down.

awesome! no worries on the pics from our party, i figured you we're a bit busy :) i just put july 21st on our calendar, we should be able to make it. the mars landing mayhem doesn't really kick in till august.
